We had a blast exploring the popular NAO Fun and Shopping Mall, which was literally right next to the hotel. The mall had everything we needed, from trendy shops to awesome restaurants. And let me tell you about Avenida San Martín! This place was popping with nightclubs! We danced the night away and made memories that will last a lifetime.
The only thing that would have made our stay even better is if the hotel had organized some fun events or parties for young party-goers like us. It would have been epic to have some exclusive access to the hottest clubs or maybe even a rooftop party with sick beats.

The room was quiet, clean. With large flat-screen tv. Bathroom ok, with 2 towels, everything clean. Breakfast - variations of scrambled eggs, juice toast and another type of bread and coffee- satisfying. One of the staff spoke English, but it was enough. All members of the staff were nice. The location is smack in the middle of Bocagrande, 2 minutes walk from the beach. The payment was executed exactly as stated at the time of booking, at the time of the check-out they only checked the minibar. I didnt have to pay anything, they have already debited my credit card.
There was no safe in the room, allthough that was stated in the room- description. There was terrace in front of the room, but it looked more like the building-ground. The WiFi worked only in the lobby area.

Hotel was clean and beautiful with knowledgeable staff and absolutely perfect location in an open working area. The room was functional, the bed was exceptionally comfortable and there was a spacious bathroom. I was offered an excellent breakfast with multiple options. Location: the property was adjacent to the center of Bocagrande, a fancy restaurant at the center of Cartagena, and Bocagrande...

The staff mostly helpful and friendly.
Please be aware that the pictures that this hotel presents on Booked.net are not what you are going to get. Rooms were awful and although we changed rooms, the situation didn't get any better. If you travel with group, this might be suitable for you because the amount of beds in rooms (4-6), but don't get your hopes up: they are in awful condition.

The Cilantro restaurant at the hotel exceeded my expectations with their high standards and affordable prices. The food was so good that it felt like one of the best pleasures in life, comparable to a gourmet feast.
Limited breakfast options.

This hotel is perfect for those looking for a great value for money. The prices are reasonable, and the attention to detail is commendable. The location is also fantastic, with malls, restaurants, souvenir shops, and ATMs close by. It's really easy to take a taxi to the city or even walk to the beach, making it where you want to be. The rooms are spacious, with a balcony that adds a nice touch, and the bathrooms are equally spacious.
All in all, our stay at this hotel was just fine.

We had a pretty good experience staying at a hotel near the beach, surrounded by good restaurants, souvenir shops, and ATMs. the rooms were cleaned regularly, and the staff was friendly, attentive, and helpful. the hotel was situated in an excellent location for those interested in exploring the city.
It would have been better if the hotel had provided more amenities to the guests.
